Use and comparisons

Use lawfully; no scraping or misuse. We compare hotel, spa, transfer and mountain-activity offers from independent providers and are not the provider unless a separate agreement says so. Prices, availability, inclusions and wellness claims are indicative—verify before booking. Advertising is truthful under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR “On Advertising” of 03.07.1996.

For arranged tourism services, the operator/agent, total price, inclusions, cancellation/refund terms and complaint procedure are disclosed before the contract under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR “On Tourism” of 15.09.1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX “On Consumer Protection” of 10.06.2023.
